Meet Our Founder

Maya Obadia is a Registered Psychotherapist, educator, researcher, and program developer with over 15 years of experience working across mental health, health care, and social service systems. She holds a PhD and completed a postdoctoral fellowship in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Toronto. Maya specializes in health behaviour change, mental health promotion, and for supporting trauma informed organizational change.
